M. Binet – Partner
Mr. Binet has served both as an investor in and advisor to middle market companies. He was the President of a publicly traded international telecommunications company, where he managed a very rapid organic and acquisition-driven growth strategy and a successful exit strategy. As Treasurer of a NYSE-listed international manufacturing company, he led the team that took the company through its initial public and secondary offerings, and coordinated several significant U.S. and international acquisitions. As a middle market investment banker and private equity investor, he has helped numerous companies access start-up, expansion and acquisition capital. Mr. Binet received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University, cum laude, and Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. |

Steve Walton - Partner
Mr. Walton has extensive corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions experience with middle market companies as both advisor and principal. Mr. Walton has been a senior executive officer of three NYSE-listed growth companies; has founded, organized, financed, managed and sold successful private companies; and has several years of experience as a Managing Director of a Houston-based investment and merchant banking firm. He has structured, negotiated, diligenced and closed several hundred acquisitions and scores of financings for companies in a wide range of industries, including construction, energy, environmental and software. Mr. Walton began his career as a corporate securities attorney with Baker & Botts. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kansas State University and a Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from the University of Kansas. |

Will Wilson - Partner
Mr. Wilson has executed numerous financings and merger and acquisition transactions as both advisor and principal. He was an investment banker with Lehman Brothers in New York and Houston, and an auditor with Arthur Andersen in Dallas. Mr. Wilson was also the Chairman and CEO of American WasteWater Ltd., and co-founded a publicly traded consolidator of liquid waste companies. In addition, he was the CFO and SVP of Business Development respectively for two technology-oriented start-up companies. Mr. Wilson received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude, and Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
